María Nadel Santiago Adames, Founder and CEO of Executive Advising Services and Rise Up Woman Foundation, is a bilingual entrepreneur (English–Spanish), and visionary leader born and raised in Puerto Rico. Her career reflects a unique blend of business expertise, public service, and social impact, spanning both the public and private sectors.

Early in her career, María held key leadership roles within the Government of Puerto Rico, where she contributed to advancing public policy and strengthening administrative management. This foundation gave her valuable insight into the intersection of business, community, and governance.

With decades of experience in real estate development, project finance, and nonprofit leadership, María has built a reputation for creating ventures that are both profitable and purposeful. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida, and today she guides two real estate projects with the belief that cultural authenticity can redefine luxury living in Puerto Rico.

Through her leadership at the Rise Up Woman Foundation, María champions initiatives that empower women, foster resilience, and support survivors of domestic violence. Her work bridges the worlds of business and philanthropy, reinforcing her belief that leadership is not only about results, but about meaningful impact.
